URBINO - From March 12 the Studiolo of Duke Federico will see the return of 14 of "Illustrious Men of the present and of the past " that after centuries returns to shine and to enchant , after a long stay at the Louvre Museum in Paris . The cycle on two registers is a fine iconographic program which together with marquetry - illusionistic perspective and the wonderful polychrome coffered ceiling is the result of the thought of Frederick : pensive solitude , that with ethics and contemplation gave nourishment to action of duke illuminated.

The exposure of the 14 tables will last until 4 July.
